  Miena Park Estate has lots with titles available, all ready to be built on.

All the lots have been slashed in the last week so it’s looking good. Building is well under way on lots 12 and 13 by SJM Developments with 3 villas already sold in the mid $600,000. 2 local builders are ready to commence several builds and quality NDIS homes are starting which is great to see.

We now have a Land Sales Tasmania maintenance crew on the ground in Southern Tasmania to keep our estates looking at their best. We have limited lots available, perfect for single dwellings, and a unit site suitable for 2 spacious villas which is very hard to find. Especially with titles issued. House and land packages are also available here with our partnered building arm.
