#  Civil Works - Richmond Green - December 2022 

Curbs and gutters are completed as are the foot paths, cross overs and driveways.

 

 

 

 

 

  The Richmond Green Estate is advancing along nicely with all underground services now completed.

Curbs and gutters are completed as are the foot paths, cross overs and driveways. The Wellington Street entrance is looking good and civil works should be completed Early January 202 ready for our sales relaunch. Some of Hobarts leading building firms have invested in this subdivision confirming it as a must buy location that the availability of land being very scarce at Richmond.
