Concrete for driveways is not far away followed by the sealed road with street trees. The pump station has been completed and it’s moving along nicely with landscaping and fencing soon to follow. Titles are on track for early 2023. It's well advanced with all underground services completed. All curbs and gutters have been completed and driveways and streetlights have been installed. Titles are on track for early 2023 and we have a very limited number of lots that could be secured.
