### Estates

**St Leonards** is a semi-rural residential locality and is an eastern suburb of [Launceston](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Launceston,_Tasmania "Launceston, Tasmania"), with a mix of residential, semi-rural and rural homes. It has schools and shops, and it is an eight-minute drive to the city CBD. It is an excellent alternative to city living.

With The North Esk River forming the southern boundary and almost all the western boundary of St Leonards. Nearby is the St Leonards Picnic Ground, a regional park on the banks of the North Esk River with BBQ, picnic tables, play equipment and riverside recreation area, including a fenced off-leash dog exercise area. There is even an opportunity for fishing (licence required).

Award-winning local builders are ready to make your dream home become a reality.
