  This unique boutique subdivision is situated in the Historic Georgian township of Richmond.

Being in the coal Valley it is surrounded by wineries, orchards and is mere 30 minutes’ drive to Hobart City and 20 mins to the Airport. The JAC Group are proud to highlight that we are well advanced with the civil construction in Richmond Green and are close to ceiling the roads in readiness of titles being issuing in April 2023.
