Civil works continues at the The Peninsula Estate
Stages 1 - 2 - 3
Stage 1
Titles have been issued and purchasers are getting started on their build designs.
All of Hobart's major builders have invested in this subdivision and as such we can provide an introduction if required to take any guesswork out of your next build.
Stage 2
This stage is now ready for the road to be sealed in the coming week. The entrance to the estate is prepped and access is great.
Display homes are coming soon with 4 being constructed in the 2nd half of 2023. Watch this space.
Stage 3
This stage at The Peninsular (Sunningdale Close) is looking great.
It's well advanced with all underground services completed.
All curbs and gutters have been completed and driveways and streetlights have been installed.
For eager buyers we have 36 lots available for purchase now in stage 1,2 and 3. Stage 1 has titles and stages 2-3 will have titles from around March 2023.
